Ozark Talent Bank's Industry Development Classes will help to provide a solid foundation for building a successful career in the Entertainment Industry. Under the mentorship of Casting Director/Talent Agent Kim Pease, you will benefit from her 30+ years of experience learning invaluable industry knowledge and business tips. You will also study audition techniques, branding, runway, posing, improv, monologues, scenes, and more. This course is perfect for those just starting out or looking to strengthen their game. Students will have the opportunity to participate in live photoshoots, runway shows, and casting calls during their training. Our in-house talent agency will submit students for outside roles as they arise, when our instructor feels they are ready. Alumni of this program have gone on to sign and work with top industry talent agencies and have been in both films and national ad campaigns Upon completion students may be considered for the OTB's Major Market Program upon Instructor recommendation.
