Welcome! I wanted to briefly introduce myself and OTB. Over the past 35+ years, I've been privileged enough to not only worked with Academy and Grammy winners in my own career but have seen my students become award-winning industry leaders themselves. As a nationally awarded talent coach, my focus has always been on development, and their success stories are my greatest accomplishment. OTB is my passion project. I've taken my years of knowledge & experience in the film and entertainment industry created a platform to share that knowledge with you. My goal is to meet you where your needs begin, push you  gently just past your person comfort zone, and help make your dreams a reality. OTB is for the newbie, the experienced talent wanting to hone thier skills. It is also for the industry -curious and for the career-seeker, as well as the thrill seeker just want to the iconic experiences without the commitment.
